Standard psychology session
50–60 minute consultation

Medicare rebate: $145.25
Out-of-pocket: $104.25
Out of hours appointment
Before 9am or after 5pm: $280

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)

Private health insurance
Self-funded clients
We do not bulk bill.
Payment
Payment is made at the end of each appointment.
Medicare rebates are processed on the day and are usually returned within 24–48 hours.
If you're claiming through private health insurance, we'll provide an invoice after each session
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 business hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled within 24–48 business hours incur 50% of the consultation fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours' notice incur the full consultation fee.
Letters, reports and assessments
We occasionally provide reports, letters and assessments for insurers, compensation schemes and legal proceedings.
These services require additional time outside of therapy sessions and are charged separately. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
